IRIS - International Legal Informatics Symposium

 

The International Legal Informatics Symposium (IRIS) will take place at the Law Faculty of the University of Salzburg from 21-23 February 2019. Already being in its 22nd year, IRIS has been established as the largest and most important academic conference on computers and law in Austria and Central Europe. The theme of the conference will be "Internet of Things".

Digital Law 2020 Vienna Initiative

The role of law in the knowledge and network society is rapidly changing. Legal Tech is more a marketing hype. Research groups like the Centre for Computers and Law at Vienna University have been working for more than 25 years on this topic and are organising related events and publishing results in conference proceedings.
